Encryption codec applied to an already-compressed asset blob (OAP spec §5.2).

Enum Values

• None = 0: Not encrypted.
• Xor = 1: Lightweight keyed-XOR obfuscation. Trivially breakable.
• ChaCha20 = 2: ChaCha20 (IETF, RFC 8439) with a 256-bit key.
